Keep Going !

I finally slim down ^^
I can put on all of my old clothes and even old jean and skinny ^^
Super happy...
I will keep working on it to tone my body...
Thanks to cellulite treatment and of cos jogging & dance everyday ^^
Masturah & Aklili keep working on it ^
Never give up... I believe you two can slim down too ^^

Next Level
Weekends pass really fast, without doing anything on SAT...
On SUN, I woke up rather early, around 9.30am.
Due to no television, I turn in early every night...
So I go on to turn on my macbook,
start researching on my assignments,
that have to submit on MON...
Manage to complete Mr Tan assignment on "Universal Design"
But the mother fucking alien MARTIN's assignment,
I totally have no idea how to start or even bullshit-ing about it...
Usually when come to assignment that I have no idea or confuse,
I'll just try my best to bullshit till it look like it was nicely done...
So I have decided not to do that alien assignment ^^
I also capture the video clip "Dropping Glass" for my new assignment on studio project,
tomorrow have to go school and print 20 images in colours...
Each cost $0.45 so will be total of $9 !!! >_<
By the way,
me, masturah & Fathanah we pierce our ear together on friday !
The one on the top !
So now I got total of 3 piercing !
2 on my ear 1 on my tongue !
Alright got to stop here for now...

Keep Going !!
I have continuously working out for 1 whole week,today is the start of 2nd week... Keep going Randy !
I don't dare to say I lose much of a weight,
but indeed I feel different after working out everyday,
feel that the body is lighter & movement are more flexible...
With Cellulite Treatment, I alway sweat like a mother fucker during workout.
It works 4 times better after apply.
The Arms, legs, tummy & facial can see slightly slim down,
manage to slap some fats off ^^ wee woo
Will try to post a before and after picture,
after one month of workout ^^

Which I really wanting to watch for damn long,
finally I never regret sitting in front of my laptop for almost 3 hours plus...
I totally enjoy this wonderful hilarious movie ^^

Sexual Chemistry, Equestrian With A Fetish Twist...
The title has got nothing to do with my post.
Today, woke up around 11 am,
did a 30 min workout with applying the Cellulite Treatment,
so plus minus about 12 plus I was done with my workout and bathing,
I am really tired, thought could slack a little before doing anything,
then came a BOOM, today is my mum's birthday !
So iI actually approach her saying do you have anything to do today,
even go on saying you sure you don't wanna have a good meal today ?!
So she replied saying YES I want,
it just give me shock that she actually agreed !
So we went out around 5.30 pm to Sakae restaurant...
Cos my mum love the softshell crab there ^^
After dinner, we walk around the mall,
then head to MOF (ministry of food)
to have japnese dessert !!!
It was awesome !!!
So we head back home after all duh !
I realise my working out in the morning will be of waste,
so I get myself changed and head out for a jog,
about an hour then got back...
At least its not waste ^^
Erm manage to chat with Miss Summer for about 45 min !
We had a great chat, lot of gossips and some daily topic...
The rest of the night,
don't really wanna talk about it,
simply just disaster and horribly bad...
Just can't get thing straight on the track...

Tomorrow !
Tomorrow, so excited !
PHOTOSHOOT !!!
I have not been eating lot this few days,
just to get the slightly slim look at my body curve & the face >_<
Really hungry but no choice got to bear with it...
Today, I did a 40 min work out too,
my body is in extreme inflame when applied the Cellulite Treatment,
maybe because the layer of fat are being burn off this few days,
that why the heat generation getting faster and kinda unbearable...
(I have eaten for today !)
Kept drinking water and went to the toilet like uncountable...
I hope I can have this strong metabolism going with me,
as I really wish to lose some weight off,
back to how I was before entering NYP...

Make Me A Supermodel
I'm a fanatic of all types of modeling tv show !
1. American Next Top Model Cycle 1 - 12
2. Make A Supermodel Season 1 - 2
This two are the top watch for me the rest I'll skip it...
This few days have been watch Make Me A Supermodel,
it very inspiring, esp when I'm on my diet process,
I applied the cellulite treatment for the 3rd day,
I feel great, my body is lighter and of cos not forgetting the workout,
1. Jumping Star - 200 jump
2. Jogging - 20 min
3. Dance movement - 20 min
I sweat like a hell lots of body fat, esp on top of applying the cellulite treatment,
It's like working 4 times effectively !!!
Oh ya, also must stay in control of the food i consume...
My intake I try to eat food as light as possible like,
vegetables, fruits & lot of pure water ^^
(Tip: It you consume 2 liters of water per day, within a week ur body will reach a hydration mood which also mean you are in a healthy state)
Anyway, that not the point,
the point is on this coming tuesday I'm having my photoshoot,
so I watched and source for idea for my shoot...
(Hope it turn to be a good one)
No worry, I'll post my pictures up if it good ^^

Shopping For Arts
This 2 days, I went shopping with Mas.To hunt for Cosmetic, for next Tuesday photoshoot !!!
I spend about $90 dollar on cosmetic,
first time in my life in buying such stuffs,
I'm a total noob, lucky me got Mas professional to help me ^^
By the way, cut short to what I brought,
1. Black shimmer eye shadow from MAC $26.90
2. Black eye liner from Maybelline $9.90
3. Black Liquid eye liner from Cyber Colour $10
4. A set of cosmetic brushes from Sasa $3.05
5. Make up remover from Cyber Colours $8
6. Celebrity's Choice Cellulite Treatment from Bio-essence $19.90
7. Dramatic fake eye lashes from Sasa $9.90
8. Sliver Glitter $3
Ermmm cant wait for the photoshoot for next Tuesday,
hope the outcome will turn out good...

Anyway, a little gossip about the Cellulite Treatment,
not really gossip but jut share how this thing work...
When I apply the CT, to my
whole arm,
neck,
cheek,
chest,
tummy,
hip,
butt cheek,
back
& whole leg.
The burning effect turn out to be faster then i thought,
the heat come up at my arm, neck, cheek and chest really fast and unbearable !
After 15 min, my tummy, hip & butt cheek heat up !
After 20 min, my whole leg heat up and that make me entirely body inflame !!!
IT DAMN ASS PAINFUL !!!
I swear !!!
But still I went through it and I am going to apply it again tml morning ^^
Oh ya, suppose to apply twice a day morning and night ^^
It leave your body dry after applying so no worry about putting on clothes on...
Ya tat about it ^^
